Had a small parking lot mishap last week where someone backed into my XC60's rear bumper – nothing major, just a nasty scuff and a small crack in the plastic, but it's driving me crazy every time I walk up to the car. I've called a few general bodyshops but they all seemed clueless about Volvo's specific paint codes and the plastic welding technique for the bumper. I found

I don't want to end up with mismatched paint or a bumper that doesn't sit flush again. Has anyone had a good experience getting minor bodywork done on their Volvo around here?
