Hey guys, I’m trying to calculate gratuity in UAE using my basic salary but still a bit confused about the exact formula. I know allowances are not included, but how do they calculate the number of days per year? Also, what’s the difference in calculation for someone working less than 5 years vs more than 5 years? I tried doing it manually but wasn’t fully sure about my result. Then I checked a Mohre Online Gratuity Calculator UAE, which gave me an estimate, but I still want to understand how it works step by step. If anyone can explain it in a simple way or share a quick example, that would really help.
