Giga Texas churning out non-Launch Series Model Y: Price drop imminent?
Spotted: Several Dual Motor Model Ys sans Launch Series badging at Giga Texas. Does this signal the imminent arrival of the standard Model Y trims in North America? More importantly, will this finally bring a price drop closer to the pre-refresh Model Y, or will Tesla maintain the premium? Given the aggressive pricing strategies weve seen in other markets, I'm betting on a price reduction. What do you think? Could this even trigger a price war with other EV makers?
