Circulation pump not stop#10197

Hello i have an issue with my tesla model 3 2019 dual motor. When i park the car there is sound of circulation pump coming from front bonnet. The sound is not stoped (after 12 hours) . The result is low LV battery and loosing 4 % main battery. The car stay on garage with temp 14C. Can you help me when to find the problem.
