Tesla snubbed AGAIN for federal charging funds. Is this a deliberate attempt to stifle Tesla Semi's rollout, or are there legitimate concerns about Tesla's closed ecosystem? 1.8 billion dollars requested, and nothing. Twice. Makes you wonder. Especially with the Semi seemingly dominating the EV truck market. Should Tesla even bother pursuing these funds, or double down on their own independent charging network? What impact will this have on the TESSERACT project long term? Is this good for the industry overall, or does it hinder progress? Thoughts?
