Tesla seems to be truly listening to its customers with the new Model Y. Bringing back the turn signal stalk is a welcome change, but is it enough to appease those frustrated with the previous design choices? The efficiency improvements are impressive, but I’m curious if that 5% increase will hold up in real-world driving. Will these smaller optimizations truly make a noticeable difference, or are they just marketing hype?
The 4D cabin radar sounds like a game-changer for safety, but also raises privacy concerns. How much data is being collected, and what safeguards are in place? Is this level of monitoring necessary, or are we sacrificing privacy for a marginal increase in safety?
I'm also skeptical about the claimed four-second folding rear seats. Has anyone had a chance to test this? Is it truly that much faster, and how does it compare to other SUVs in its class?
Finally, the expanding color palette is exciting, but I’m wondering if we'll see any truly unique or bold colors, or just minor variations on existing options? What new colors would you like to see offered on the Model Y? Let the discussion begin!
