Matrix Headlights FINALLY Coming to US Model Ys (and other Teslas)!

Lars Moravy confirmed Matrix headlights are coming to US Teslas, starting with the new Model Y. How much of a game-changer will this truly be for US Tesla drivers? European owners have enjoyed this feature for a while now – what are their real-world experiences? Did it live up to the hype?

This rollout raises a few intriguing questions. Rolling it out to existing Model S/X/3/Y cars is great, but what about the technical challenges?
